Lili's Bistro Seafood Trio

A familiar face is back at one of Magnolia Avenue’s busiest dining spots. Heather Hogan, the chef at Lili’s Bistro when it opened in 2007, has returned to the fold after a seven-year absence hasn’t worked recently at Cafe Modern and the Sur La Table cooking class kitchen. Hogan now teams up once again with owner Vance Martin. Her mark has forever been on the menu, much appreciated by those who have long loved her macaroon flounder, tomato tart and a half dozen other mainstays. Martin promises that Hogan will add more winning touches this time around and her signature wine dinners will be reprised, as well. What’s more, Martin continues to tweak Lili’s patio addition, enclosing the space with air conditioning and providing room for potential private events.
