Bob Luke is a faculty member at the UNTHSC and has played drums in variety of local Blues Bands. He and saxophonist Donald Walker formed the jazz group, the Outer Circles.

Chip Christ is an adjunct professor of guitar at TCU with a Master of Music degree from SMU in Guitar Performance. Michael Bennett, the principal and CEO of Fort Worth-based Bennett Partners Architects, holds a bachelor’s degree in Music Theory and Composition from TCU and a master’s degree in Architecture from UTA.

Joe Rogers has Bachelor and Master’s degrees in music composition from the University of North Texas and is fluent in jazz, theater, blues, rock, and gospel.

The Outer Circles repertoire spans a variety of styles and genres, including cool Jazz standards, Motown R&B, Blues, Reggae, Mardi Gras classics, and sizzling Latin Jazz, too.
