OFFICIAL PRESS RELEASE May 10, 2020, Fort Worth, Texas Vance Martin, the owner of Lili’s Bistro, releases an announcement about re-opening plans. Lili’s Bistro (I) has decided that we need to be on our own re-opening schedule and stop being followers amongst the herd. We know better than anyone when is the best time for Lili’s to reopen (staying within laws, statutes, and recommendations of course). Beginning Monday, May 11th, Lili’s Bistro will continue with curbside pickup BUT will open the patios (side and front). The inside dining areas WILL NOT be open to the public. We will maintain social distancing on both patios and other applicable rules and guidelines set forth by governor Abbott. May 18th marks the beginning of Phase 2 re-openings and pushes occupancy from 25% to 50%. At this time, we do not anticipate being a party to the Phase 2 re-opening guideline changes and very much anticipate staying with curbside pick-up and patio dining. We are quickly planning innovative and fun ways to utilize our outdoor space for Friday and Saturday nights beginning May 22. To clarify:
  • Our full lunch menu is available Monday through Friday 11 am – 2 pm, curbside pick-up OR patio dining.
  • Dinner, heat and serve available Monday through Friday. Dinner is pre-ordered online by 2 pm every day. Pick up is between 3 and 4 pm.  (Outdoor patio dining Friday and Saturday nights begins May 22 from 5 pm – 9 pm)
In closing, Lili’s will fully open when there is a far greater level of comfort with employees and guests or effective treatment or vaccine for the COVID-19. Clearly, neither currently exist. We’ll know when the time is right. Best and be well, VM
